The Family Story
It began with my great-great-great-great-grandfather, who first discovered these fertile mountains and planted the first bamboo shoots. What started as a small family plot has grown into a legacy of sustainable farming.
Our Home
Our farm sits deep in the mountains of Wudi Village, Xiaotao Town, Yong’an City — over 1000 meters above sea level. The dramatic temperature shifts between day and night allow the bamboo shoots to develop rich amino acids and natural sweetness. Spring water from the mountains nourishes every plant.
